Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or faulty
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is significantly different from the product description
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Change of Mind Returns

As a small business, we currently do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

However, if you contact us promptly, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind requests.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, or refund.
