Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Quirkie. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Victoria Metro: 1–4 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and may vary during peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Quirkie is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery, delays can occasionally occur outside our control.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

 

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.


Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe place if the shipping carrier determines it is safe to do so.

If you would prefer signature on delivery, please select this option at checkout where available.

Quirkie is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
